We at Dreamleaf English are dedicated to providing high-quality English courses to our clients. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and you may want to request a refund. Here is our refund policy:

  • Before confirming your purchase, make sure to check if the information you entered is correct. Please use a working gmail so that the transaction can go smoothly and safely. the information we require (your full name, your adress,your phone, your gmail)
  • You can request a full refund  within 48 hours of any subsequent lesson, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the service. To request a refund, please contact us with your name, email, order number, and a brief explanation of why you are unhappy with the service.
  • You cannot request a refund after 48 hours of any lesson, unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues, illness, or force majeure. In such cases, we will review your request on a case-by-case basis and decide whether to issue a refund or a credit for a future lesson.
  • We reserve the right to deny any refund request that we deem to be fraudulent, abusive, or unreasonable.
